Contact CoinCorner: support, complaints and registered office
The fastest ways to reach CoinCorner are the help centre at support.coincorner.com and the contact form on the main site, answered by what the company calls a British-based support team. The registered office is 18c Carrs Lane, Tromode, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM4 4RG. Never give your password or two-factor codes to anyone who says they are from CoinCorner.
Ways to reach support
CoinCorner shows two support channels on its own sites: a help centre and a contact form. It shows no phone number.
Help centre
CoinCorner's help articles, including the one on fees and limits, are on a Zendesk help centre at support.coincorner.com.
Contact form
The contact form on the main site sends your message to the support team. Give the email address of your account and describe the problem. Leave out passwords and two-factor codes.
Form address: coincorner.com/contactus
Phone
We do not provide phone support. A phone number that claims to be CoinCorner support on another website, in an advert or in a message is not an official channel.
The main site shows no support email address, opening hours or typical response time. Before you write, check the answers to common questions and the page on fees and charges.
Registered office
CoinCorner Ltd is an Isle of Man company, number 129003C, and its registered office is in Douglas. Visits are by appointment only.
The About page of the main site also shows London and Dubai as locations, without street addresses. Read more about the company.

Complaints
If something has gone wrong, use the word “complaint” so that your message is handled as one. The four steps are the short version; the complaints procedure in full lists what to include.
No time limits for an acknowledgement or a final response are shown on the main site. The Financial Ombudsman Service does not cover CoinCorner's Bitcoin services, and no outside body for complaints about the Isle of Man company is named there.
Contact support
Use the help centre or the contact form and say that you are making a complaint.
Ask for it to be escalated
If the first answer does not settle it, ask for a senior member of staff to review it.
Get a written response
You should receive a written answer that gives the decision and the reasons for it.
Take it outside the company
The full procedure explains which outside bodies can and cannot look at a complaint.
Business and press enquiries
Companies that want to take Bitcoin in a shop, online or by invoice can start with the page on Bitcoin payments for businesses. Business sign-up is on the main site at coincorner.com/merchantregister.
Journalists will find the brand guidelines on the press page of the main site, coincorner.com/press.
Customers in the UAE
Residents of the United Arab Emirates are served by a separate company, CoinCorner Virtual Assets Broker & Dealer Services L.L.C, through the UAE section of the main site, which has its own contact form at coincorner.com/uae/contactus.
Official domains and accounts
Fraudsters copy the names of Bitcoin companies. A common trick is a fake “support number” or social media account that asks for your login details, your codes or remote access to your device.
The hosts and profiles listed here are the ones named in the footer of CoinCorner's own site. Treat anything else as unofficial, and read the page on security advice and official domains before you act on a message. No third party is authorised to provide CoinCorner support.
